Welcome to Studio Padirac, an independent 23 m² retreat set in a peaceful, characterful property dating from 1881. Just 100 m from the Loire riverbanks and close to Roanne and Lake Villerest, enjoy a comfortable, fully equipped studio with a private terrace. Whether you're here to explore the Roannais region, take a break, or stay for work, you’ll feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, and coffee maker. On arrival, coffee, tea, and sugar are provided for your first days. You’ll also find essentials to start your stay smoothly: toilet paper, hand gel, sponge, tea towels, and cleaning products. The table is perfect for meals or working comfortably. Wi-Fi and USB outlets are available. The studio features a lounge area with a sofa and TV, a sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm double bed, and a bathroom with a spacious 90 × 120 cm shower, sink, and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. Enjoy your private terrace. Free parking right next to the studio is especially convenient if you’re traveling with a van or trailer. Bicycles can also be stored in the garage. If you’re bringing a kayak or bulky equipment, just let me know. The studio is designed for 2 guests, but infants up to 3 years old are welcome. A baby bed and high chair can be provided free of charge on request. Breakfast or a sharing platter can be prepared with at least 24 hours’ notice. Reiki sessions and energy drawing workshops are also available by reservation.
